Don't hire her.
Terrible and unpleasant. She couldn't be bothered to call back and has a horrific attitude. She makes everything seem inconvenient and is very unprepared.

Totalmente incompetente e irrespomsable. Despues de dos meses que tomo el caso ni siquiera lo introdujo en la corte. Al final tuve que buscar otro abogado y perdi el dinero que le pague a ella por no hacer nada

UnResponsive, Never Called Us Back
we meet with Claudia P Avalos, she was nice when we met, promised to call us back within a week. 3 months later and have yet to get a call back from her or her office. I have called and left messages with receptionist at least 4 times since our initial meeting. Save your money and save your time, ...

Dont roll the dice
Mrs. Avalos seems to be on your side but when it comes down to it she's unprepared and doesn't stay involved in your case. If you call to speak with her you will only reach her secretary and Mrs. Avalos will never get your messages. I regret having hired her.
