Wayne E. Revack

Wayne and his office were a waste of my money in my divorce. They did nothing to help move my divorce forward and it cost me all of my retirement money. I should have hired a kid out of law school and would have got the same results. Wayne is good at talking to you and listening but I hired him to pr...otect my interests, not as a friend or counselor. The results of my divorce were nothing that he discussed with me. Additionally, he allowed the divorce decree to include all school and education decisions were to be the exclusive rights of my ex wife. I have two college degrees and my ex wife may or may not have graduated from high school. My daughter is struggling and she is being moved from school to school by me ex and I have no rights. Wayne did a terrible job of explaining what the outcome would most likely be which led to one of the worst days of my life. His office has never refunded the balance of my retainer that was not used. I do not recommend Wayne for a divorce.

I hired Wayne to handle my divorce but had to fire him after temporary orders. You would've thought he was the attorney for my ex the way I felt strong-armed to accept her terms during mediation. I protested the terms of the temporary agreement but, ultimately, I followed my attorney's advice and sig...ned it. I literally couldn't buy gas and groceries under the deal he negotiated and convinced me to sign. My ex got to keep half the money from a company we co-owned and she was able to walk away from all the debt payments. He never answered a direct question that I asked him: Which basic bill was I supposed to skip paying so that I can afford gas and groceries. All I got from Wayne was, "You just gotta figure it out." To make matters worse, he was negligent in reviewing the wording of the temporary orders which allowed the other side to file an extension for the filing of the tax return which prevented me from filing bankruptcy because of the temporary orders mediation. It's been hell. Following Wayne's legal advice ranks as one of my top regrets in life. My recommendation is to stay away from this attorney.

Wayne handled my divorce and child support issues several years ago, and did a great job explaining every step in the process. I was happy when the practice was able to help me with my estate planning issues a few years later. Now my son is a young adult and we are back as suggested to draft his esta...te planning documents as well. Wayne is fantastic and has an amazing team!
