As a business owner, from time to time, I run into either contractual issues for review, non payment, or sales of assets. What I appreciate about Dawn is that she provides sound advice, quelling irrational behavior, to re focus me and the organization on what's important to us, which is company grow...th. Dawn has always been pragmatic in her advice with a keen ability to focus in on what's important for the legal matter at hand, and for me individually. When she assisted in my mediation for the sale of a business, it was her approach, making the matter one dimensional around the cost, that allowed for a very agreeable separation. Her advice in many cases to not chase bad money has been spot on. Dawn knows that I am a bottom line type of person in the end, and she molds to my expectations. Dawn has also reviewed partnership contracts, MSA's, in forming relationships for us in addition to advice in how to close/terminate relationships. She has also provided advice of HR nature when we have employee or contractor questions.
