Kelly Kowis represented me in a fall injury. His conduct during the trial was terrible. He didn't object one time. Not even when the attorney for the other side got into the witness box and stood over me screaming. Not when that attorney called me stupid and ridiculled my looks in open court. He abso...lutely sold me out. To this day I am still disabled. After he got the verdict he had been paid for he told me to appeal. I didn't have the money to appeal and he knew it. I felt like he had thrown my case to the other side. Now, given his displine by the state bar, I'm sure of it. Do NOT hire him. He will ruin your life like he did mine. He only cares about money and doesn't care who he hurts. I'm absolutely sure he lacks any type of character or conscience because before he represented me I worked for him. I know what he thinks of clients and their problems.

This lawyer took 5,000$+ dollars from us for an immigration case. We managed to get a hold of him last year and he wanted to meet in our house and wanted more money for the case. He would only give us a PO BOX number as an address and would sometimes call us private. We asked him for our money back a...nd to this day we have not seen a penny of all that money. Do NOT trust this man or his assistant. It took us so long to raise that money and for him to just coldly run off with someone's hard earned money is heartless and enexcusable.

Hired him 1-2 years ago. He assurd us he would help my husband. Asked for 3500, then asked for 1995 which was suppose to be for immigration filing fee. Once we handed that money we didn't hear back from him. Failed to answer my calls emails. It's been 8 month that we haven't had any luck contacting ...him. I for sure don't recommend him to anyone.

Michael Kowis asked for 5K for an immigration case he assured he'd win. Once he received the money we were unable to contact him or his office. He has failed to communicate with us for six months and counting. Do not trust him. He did not even submit any form to INS. He completely pocketed the money ...and still has not even had the decency to respond a single one of the numerous emails or phone calls/messages.
