I interviewed several attorneys to represent me, and ended choosing him. Thinking he would be the best attorney for my case. Initially he told me everything I wanted to hear, signed paperwork gave him retainer. Trying to make contact with him was futile, I feel now like all I have received was Lip Se...rvice. My other issue is billing I’am being billed for services NOT RENDERED !!! I would not recommend him

The initial meeting was great and left feeling confident; however, that feeling stopped there. Neglected to timely send CRUCIAL documents pertaining to the case. Didn't help or even offer to help in filling out the documents that were received and lied on account statements to use up all of the ret...ainer after dropping out as attorney without my even knowing it. When the bill was reviewed there were charges for phone calls that never happened, time on paperwork that was never filled out and on top of that, he overcharged for every little thing from postage to faxing to copies.... even the time it took to make the copies.
