Mr.Tackett is a professional solid and trustworthy lawyer and I hired him a second time because he is the best very tough to beat.He communicates absolutely all the way thru the process and never pressured me for money this is the lawyer to use for bankruptcy and debt and any divorce. 5 stars Ric...hard

We hired Mr. Tackett to help my daughter through multiple issues. He's been by her side through thick and thin. I don't know how his costs compare, and I'm really not concerned frankly. He's provided excellent legal council and moral support. In my book, he's an honorable man and an attorney I would... absolutely use again.

We used Mr. Tackett for many different cases and while he was excellent at bankruptcy albeit on the high side of cost. His over confidence in his ability to preform other cases left us unsatisfied. We had to switch attorneys for everything else and of course he refused to refund our money on those ...cases. provided no receipts or any indication of where our money had went.

I used Mr. Tackett several years ago on a civil (real estate) matter. He seemed knowledgeable enough but really didn't take care of his business. He farmed out the case to another attorney who, I understand, moved away before the issue was settled. He never provided a copy of our alleged contract,... never provided a single account statement, refused to refund any residual retainer, didn't return my calls, letters, emails, failed to inform me that the case had been dismissed (due to a tech. error on the part of the opposing attorney). He just didn't handle his business & didn't take care of his client, me!
