After 24 plus years of working at big law firms and as in-house counsel practicing labor law & employment law for several major energy companies, Lance A. Bowling decided that life was too short for him not to try to build something for himself and his family. Hence, The Bowling Firm, PLLC was formed. The Firm’s goal is to share the benefit of Lance’s many years working for large companies and law firms but provide that to clients with a small firm, personal experience.
