I was detained at a weigh station while driving a truck near Chicago. After that, I was sent to the El Paso detention center in Texas. After 10 days in detention, my family lost contact with me. They then reached out to Anastasia for help in locating me. Only after several days was Anastasia able to find me. Following that, I had an online consultation with a lawyer. During the consultation, we developed a plan to seek release on bond from detention. The first court hearing denied the request for bond release. However, Anastasia continued to fight for my release.
