Biography
Current Practice. Parnter in Orgain Bell & Tucker, LLP, founded in 1907 and one of the oldest Texas law firms. Represent buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, banks in preparation of loan documents, landloards in preparation of leases and small businesses in the creating and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Past Professional Experience. Practiced law in Corpus Christi from 1974 to 1984 with the firm of Meredith, Donnell & Edmonds, PC (now called Donnell, Abernethy & Kieschnick, PC) handling litigation cases. Joined the Austin firm of Brown, Maroney, Rose, Barber & Dye, LLP (now Hush Blackwell) and became a full time real estate lawyer. Moved to The Woodlands in 1990 to open the firm's Houston office. In 2001 fomred the firm Carll Cooke & Donnenberg, LLP and joined Orgain Bell & Tucker, LLP in 2005.
Personal: Married to Madalyn Cooke and have three grown boys - Will, Martin and Cory.
