Ruby, Ruby Bolton is a BEAST in the courtroom she walked the dog on my case. She was truly a joy not only to watch in trial but to hear her delivery unstoppable and totally professional. Ruby was referred to me by a friend on a Saturday and I hired her on that Monday. She was everything she said she... would be and I appreciate it so much. I think her fees are very reasonable, I read a review someone stating Ruby charged to much money and she did not know the law or do anything on her case. I would say to that person 1.if you could not afford her then maybe you should have seeked another attorney. 2. I also want to say to that person Ruby knows the law she is an attorney. Ruby you are good at what you do, with that being said if i had to do it all over again you would be the BEAST that I would take into battle for another round. Again thanks you rock hands down!!! Ruby represented me in a custody battle for my son. She prepared me perfectly for the trial and we ended up with the perfect resolution. She knows her stuff. Only negative thing to say is I needed to meet with her late at night and on weekends because of my work and she seemed hesitant. (although she... did it).

After years of domestic violence, Ruby Bolton placed me in a mediation room with my abuser. Mrs. Bolton then had me agree to conditions that were not in the best interest of my children. I had paid the Bolton Law Firm 10 K. Three days before trial, Mrs. Bolton told me if I did not pay an addit...ional $6,303, before trial, she would withdraw. I could not come up with the additional funds and Ruby Bolton did not appear at trial. Ruby Bolton sent her law partner in her place. Not only was her law partner unprepared, I was repeatly charged for discovery, yet on the day of trial, no discovery was in my file. 100% of all martial assets and custody of my two daughters were awarded to my ex hushand. The ex husband, has multiple arrest and citations of domestic violence against three woman. The Texas Family Code states that a victim should not be placed in a mediation room with an abuser. Mrs. Bolton did not know the law, or simply did not apply the law. If you seek justice, I hope you pick a better attorney than Ruby Bolton. Sheila Galloway
