Robert Aaron Markle

Mr. Markle met with us once in Oct/2020. We gave him a retainer for Legal Services and never heard back from him or his office. We tried to call and email him a number of times with no success. We later determined his License was Suspended. We then filed for Relief from the State Bar of Texas in Mar/...2021.

Mr. Markle was great at the beginning of my interaction with him about my divorce. All Mr. Markle did was file the basic divorce decree with no specifics so that we could just get it on the books. Once my husband and I reconciled he emailed me asking me to confirm my address so he could send me a ref...und of the deposit I gave him. That was back on February 15, 2018. He was not returning any of my phone calls or emails. So in May 2018, I had someone else call him to see if he would answer their call and he did. He explained it was an over site and he would have his people send out the check as soon as he went to his office the next day. It is now July 9, 2018 and he still has not returned any of my phone calls or emails, nor have I received the refund. I am hoping this review gets someones attention and helps me get my money back. Or maybe saves someone else from hiring him and reconciling with their loved one and not getting any of their money refunded back. I put this on my credit card since I do not have that kind of money just lying around. So interest is being accrued as I wait, I believe quite patiently for my refund.

I was online early one Monday morning looking for an attorney and came across Mr. Markle. I sent him an email and he responded with his contact info. Mr. Markle spoke with me for over an hour about my child custody case. He answered every single question I had. This man was very professional, but m...ost importantly genuine and sympathetic to our situation. He listened to me without interrupting and asked what we wanted to happen with our case. We later set an appointment that was convienent for everyone... 5 to 7pm For 8months I had been looking for an attorney. Every one seem to be strictly about "the money". Mr. Markle really cares about your situation. He was willing to work with us. We agreed on a down payment that was affordable along with a payment plan on the remaining balance. Right now, Im confident Mr. Markle will continue to work towards making sure my we get everything we are asking for.
