I was devastated going through a Custody battle with my daughter's mother. I had hired an attorney and she went MIA no calls not text! I was prepared to represent myself. So, I will give Mr. Markle one comment, and it is to say that he seemed to be passionate and driven at first. However, my enforcement hearing is next week and I have heard nothing from him. He has not returned any of my calls and none of my email communications. If he could not handle my case, he ...could have had the ethical duty to call and inform me as such. Now, I am having to piece together all the information and retain a new attorney last minute, who will now have to clean up a bit of a mess due to the absence of interrogatories and document requests that were never received by the other party. It is a big mess, and I will end up paying a lot more due to this...and I am the custodial parent just trying to look out for the best interest of my children.
