He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2003 and to the State Bar of Florida in 2004.
Richard lives in Spring, Montgomery County, Texas, and he has four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading John Grisham and Vince Flynn books, traveling, grilling, and enjoying college football. His family attends The Ark Church in Conroe.
