I will never be able to sum up in one review what Matt Mussalli was able to do for our family. At the age of 69 years I sought the advice of Mr. Mussalli. I had originally founded my medical practice as a solo practitioner and later brought in physicians who I thought were honorable. As time went on my partners made efforts to force me out and finally told me that I had to leave. This action... was then followed by a demand for money to cover the cost of finding my replacement and also for corporate debt. Mr. Mussalli was attentive and sympathetic throughout the next five years. He was always available and reassuring. He researched the law on my situation and carefully guided my wife and I through a prolonged period of discovery and depositions. In 2013 we went to trial before a jury who gave us a very favorable verdict. During the trial Matt was methodical and efficient in bringing the facts before the jury. He was always focused and quick to make his point on matters of law. He showed great skill in his oral presentations and witness examination. He assembled a great and hardworking team who were always ready with the appropriate documents. They seemed to have everything at the tip of their fingers. The jury verdict was appealed and went before the 14th Court of Appeals. Matt was well prepared for this eventuality having kept an appellate lawyer informed since our trial. The oral presentation in November 2014 went well for us. In July 2015 the Court of Appeals ruled in our favor on almost every issue "The boys" asked to settle and we received a cash settlement.
