Matthew J. Mussalli

At the age of 69 years I sought the advice of Mr. Mussalli. I had originally founded my medical practice as a solo practitioner and later brought in physicians who I thought were honorable. As time went on my partners made efforts to force me out and finally told me that I had to leave. The jury verdict was appealed and went before the 14th Court of Appeals. Matt was well prepared for this eventuality having kept an appellate lawyer informed since our trial. The oral presentation in November 2014 went well for us. In July 2015 the Court of Appeals ruled in our favor on almost every issue "The boys" asked to settle and we received a cash settlement. We had won. In summary I would highly recommend Mr. Mussalli. He is a great listener with an excellent knowledge of the law and an imposing presence in court. He is an ethical, compassionate and caring human being.
