We know how it is when you need an attorney and you don't have one. The first thing most of us do is ask family or friends. Well in our case they couldn't give us a recommendation. So we did the next best thing, we looked for an attorney near us. We found Wyatt & Mirabella, PC, which turn out to be the best decision we made. Our purpose was to file for bankruptcy and that was a hard thing for us to do. We were raised to honor our debts and pay them off. But like a lot of people being laid off for over a year cause us to be unable to maintain our payments on our debts. From day one the compassion and that they made us feel that it was okay to file for bankruptcy, help us to get through the process. We have been in our Chapter 13 for over 3 years and Wyatt & Mirabella, PC, mostly Don and his staff has been there to guide us through the continue process.
I would highly recommend Wyatt & Mirabella, PC, for your legal needs. They will be there like family to guide you in the right direct.
Mr. Wyatt was great. He always responded to my questions and he followed through with my bankruptcy. My case was unusual in that it took extra trips to the courthouse, and he was readily available. His staff took extra time to ensure all paperwork was in order.

Great advice
I would like to personally thank Mr. Wyatt for the compassion and guidance he provided as I try to navigate through a very complex legal matter. The consultation I received was not only informative, but he was able explain the path that I needed to follow to appropriately take action on my case. It was very apparent in my meeting with Mr. Wyatt that he had extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed representation.

Attorney-Client relationship built on trust
I went trough divorce and was left with a lot of marital debt. Donald Wyatt took my case even though it was a complicated and non-standard case. He was very understanding of my situation and helped me to reduce my stress level. I am extremely grateful for his service and would recommend his assistance without reservation. He is dedicated to his work and exercised due diligence to make sure my case was accepted by the court.

Excellent Attorney for Elder Law
I was extremely pleased with all the services I received from Don Wyatt. In planning for my mother's long term care and the financial implications of her situation, his service was an important and worthwhile investment. Helpful, compassionate, and service-oriented...I strongly recommend Mr. Wyatt and his team.

just a phone call away
This guy was great, honest and sincere. Took the time to help me with information that no other lawyer in Texas would without trying to get a retainer first. Excellent service and treated me with decency.
