Danielle Marie Campbell

About

Danielle M. Campbell has 14 years of experience representing individuals in family law litigation.  In addition to helping with clients with divorce, child custody, and child support cases, Ms. Campbell regularly represents parties seeking grandparent rights, terminations, and adoptions.  She has also been appointed by local judges to advocate for the best interest of children.  In addition, Ms. Campbell has been mediating family law cases since 2013, assisting parties with reaching agreeable solutions to protect their families.

Ms. Campbell provides her clients with a long-term view, with an emphasis on reaching a resolution that addresses not only the current issues, but also considers common situations that may arise in the future to avoid further litigation. She will meet each case where it stands, whether it is a complete agreement or a heavily contested battle. 

Because family related litigation encompasses every area of her clients’ lives, Ms. Campbell is compassionate to the emotional and financial needs of each individual.  She understands that participating in family litigation can lead to feelings of anxiety, so she will take the time to advise you on not only your legal rights, but your personal needs in relation to them.

Background Information

Danielle M. Campbell grew up north of Houston in The Woodlands, Texas.  After graduating from the University of Hawaii in 2000, she returned to Texas and attended South Texas College of Law, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class, participated in the nationally ranked Appellate Advocacy program under Gerald R. Treece, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity, an editor for the South Texas College of Law Review publication, and a mentor to her fellow students.  In addition, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for earning the highest grade in her Property course.

She currently lives in Spring with her family and pets, taking every opportunity to travel and collect passport stamps.

Danielle M. Campbell was selected to be a speaker at the Hell on Heels Cancun Takeover in April of 2017 to provide insight and guidance to her fellow attorneys on topics of mediation in family law cases.
