If he was born in the US he is a US citizen and can visit you. It is probably best for him to obtain a US passport.

H1B amendment is just approved, and old visa is still valid for nezt year. Can I use this visa? Or need to apply for a new one?

The problem would not be solved by marriage. It is best if you go abroad and file for a visitor's visa. Consult an immigration attorney.

I agree with my colleague. Wait at least 60 days. Keep in mind that your current employer spent thousands of dollars for you to obtain a green card.
