It appears that you have your dates wrong as it now August of 2013. So not sure how you can apply for H1-B in April 2013 as that was several months...

It is very hard to stay in the US when you are a b1/b2 visa. Generally you are required to leave when your I-94 expires. Does any of your family...

It is very difficult to obtain asylum especially since you have been in the US for over a year. There has to be changed circumstances in Syria....
