PAROLE/ DEFFERED FELONY PROBATION/NEW CASE FELONY ASSAULT OFFAMILY MEM CHOKING. I had all this going on. The DA was talking 25yrs. Thru GOD's grace, Kennitra went in that courtroom and beat that monster of a sentence down to a NUB! felony assault(DISMISSED),felony probation, chopped down to misdeamor.....SENTENCE 120 DAY COUNTY.. 2 for 1,equal 60 days. She did not call and she didnt come see me....BUT SHE FREE'D ME. Big up's Kennitra

I don't understand the negative review, but I do understand why there is only one. I had an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case and she got my case reduced to a misdemeanor and I paid a fine and did NO jail time. Ms. Foote was on top of my case from day one. She is smart and knows how to h...andle difficult cases, mine was a very difficult. All I know is I thank God for her.

Ms. Foote failed to provide effective assistance of counsel. She was unprepared for trial so she coherced me into signing a PSI Agreement stating I would do no more than 10 years. What she failed to do was explain to me that by signing this agreement, I waived my right to appeal this case. Prior to t...rial, I was incarcerated for 15 months in Harris County wherein she did not attempt to contact me or visit me once regarding my case. I was sold down the river for 45 years and for only $12,000.00.
