I hired this attorney to represent my spouse. I was working 2 jobs while going to school full-time to pay her fees. Her office staff and so called assistant provided piss poor service. I would email and call Kennitra and never get a response until it was time for her money. When payment was due her a...ssistant would call more than 10 times a day until you show up with the money. He was even so desperate that he would meet you anywhere just to get the money..makes you wonder. She reset my spouse case at least 5 times before my spouse finally had to cuss her out and then she finally did what she was paid to do. However she did not fully represent my spouse or handle the case like she originally agreed to. It's no wonder her license got suspended..I wouldn't trust her because she is only worried about the money and even after being paid in full she still doesn't do her job. I try to patronize people of color, but time and time again I am proven wrong. It's a shame when you can t support those within your own race.

Ms. Foote was referred to us by a friend of a friend. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt until proven other wise! I put my money and trust into this attorney, and got totally let down!!! She left us confused and out of 3 grand in regards to the case. I have NEVER EVER in my LIFE been so ...disappointed in something/someone I put my hard earned money into!! I'm even getting fire red hott just posting this review. I suggest you look else where for representation if you care about your future! IN REGARDS TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH HER I WOULD'NT PUT HER OFF ON MY WORSE ENEMY!!!!!!! She's a SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN ATTORNEY....PERIOD!!

poor service doesnt communicate rather text than call, very rude and can be very disrespectfull. instead of acting like shes working with you she acts more against you. all she cares about is money never once gave me a contract. Or even reviewed my case file untill the day of court. dont hire this la...dy unless you dont care about your recored. good fo maybe if you want a reset. try and not to stereotype but its black women like her that make people not want to hire women of color. i guess thats her stratergy not to give 100% till she is paid off. no reassurance of your case your pretty much in a sea without a life jacket. if you cant swim your outta their. dont consider this attorney please think twice. your not suppose to believe everything you read on the internet and i usually wouldnt post. i really feel like this needed to be put in the air. so fare warning dont hire his woman!!!

Kennitra failed to show up for my court dates in a timely manner including never showing up on two occasions, she never informed me she would not be in attendance on the days she did not show up, I had to find out she was not going to be there from the courts coordinator. She never answers the phone ...to talk; she rather text everything she has to say. She failed to file any motions on my behalf in the court defending my innocence. Kennitra will lie to you in your face about anything she feels the need to. She is NEVER ON TIME!!!!!!!!! SHE WILL NOT DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE; SHE DOES THE BARE MINIMUM!!!! RESET RESET RESET HOPING FOR A DISMISSAL!!!!! SHE IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FIRED HER FROM MY CASE AND WAS WILLING TO LOSE THE MONEY I GAVE HER JUST TO GET HER OFF MY CASE!!!! IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GAMBLE WITH YOUR LIFE AND OR RECORD, THEN DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!!

Ms. Foote failed to provide effective assistance of counsel. She was unprepared for trial so she coherced me into signing a PSI Agreement stating I would do no more than 10 years. What she failed to do was explain to me that by signing this agreement, I waived my right to appeal this case. Prior to t...rial, I was incarcerated for 15 months in Harris County wherein she did not attempt to contact me or visit me once regarding my case. I was sold down the river for 45 years and for only $12,000.00.
