We hired Ms. Pilgrim for her amicus services to protect the welfare of my children. and unfortunately, my experience with her was extremely negative. From the outset, she came across as disorganized and unresponsive. After the initial home visit, she became nearly impossible to reach. Despite numerou...s attempts—via email, phone calls, and even in person—communication was sporadic at best, and she rarely followed through on what was discussed. It was evident that she was overextended, juggling multiple roles as both an amicus and a mediator, which seemed to compromise her ability to perform either role effectively. One of the most frustrating aspects of working with her was the complete lack of transparency around billing. I requested an invoice multiple times throughout the case and never received one. Instead, an unexplained amount simply appeared in court filings related to her fees. While her charges were reportedly lower than those of other attorneys, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and absence of basic accountability more than offset any potential cost savings. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and competent legal representative in such an important matter.

Does a lot of puffing but does not follow through. Was not at all aggressive in mediation. Acted as though she was intimidated by opposing lawyer in my divorce case. Was assuredly intimidated by judge. Very aggressive towards me, at times yelling and telling me to empower myself. Allowed ex-hu...sband to terrorize me after mediation with no action on her part. I would not recommend Ms. Pilgrim under any circumstances.

My mother who has dementia is a client of Ms. Pilgrim. I took my mother to Ms. Pilgrim’s office to complete some paperwork. Ms. Pilgrim was rude and very unprofessional with me from the beginning. She seemed bothered that I was there to assist my mother. She refused to explain to me the items my ...mother was signing. I then asked my mother for an explanation and Ms. Pilgrim threaten to call the Tomball Police on me. I have never been so insulted in my life. I feel like she is taken advantage of my mother. Please do not waste your time with this hateful attorney, she is ruthless, unprofessional and untrustworthy.
