Dear Mr. Sammons, I wanted to send this thank you note to you and all your staff who worked on this settlement for me. I really appreciate all the time and effort you put into getting it for me. Thank you again. I really do appreciate what you did.

"I cannot say enough about your law firm. You took my case to trial when the defendant offered nothing. When the jury gave us over $4 million dollars I was so relieved. You’re the best!"

Very timely in handling my claim. Very concerned about my health and injuries. They made sure I had the medical care I needed and that I had a fair settlement.
"I went to law school with Kirk. I have referred and/or worked with Kirk on several cases over our respective careers. He is a tireless advocate for his clients."
"Mr. Sammons is one of the most dedicated, hardworking lawyers in Texas. A good man to have on your side."
"I endorse this lawyer. J. Kirk Sammons is an outstanding advocate in every way. He is as ethical as he is hardworking and I am proud to recommend him."
"I am taking a moment to write this recommendation relating to Kirk Sammons because he is one of the top railroad/FELA attorneys in the Southern United States, including Texas. I have known Kirk professionally because he is intimately involved in some of the most important railroad/FELA lawyer groups on a national basis. He has been an officer in the American Association for Justice Railroad Section and the FELA group at the AAJ. During meetings of this national organization I have gotten to know Kirk and also co presented a legal seminar in the field of railroad injury law with him—presented to the nation’s largest group of railroad injury lawyers. Over a number of years we have exchanged evidence and trial information in this field. He is always exchanging information and searching for the best possible way to present evidence for his clients. Kirk has amazing determination, and if you are a client looking for an attorney that will turn over every stone in support of your case."
