Used the gentleman for a business related matter. I had a failed business and the landlord of my business premises was suing me for an amount more than double of what I owed. Gave him a $1000.00 retainer (required) plus a $250 hourly rate. He was very unresponsive to me and my situation. I would n...ot hear from him unless I contacted him. His approach was to just let it ride as is. It was at my insistence that we got the amount down to what I actually owed. In a nutshell, the matter went on for many months. When we would reach a new point in the case, it was always me tracking him down to find out the status. He did not work for me at all. It was as if I was a bother. He never even sent me any final docs on my case. I had to go to the County to see what was filed. He was a nice person on the phone, but very unimpressed with his level of care, concern or action in my case.
