Remember me!

I had her for a court appointed attorney in Harris County there was a failure to use signal the reason why we were stopped I was not driving I was the passenger to make a long story short the lady I was with got caught with drugs they took both of us to jail because she said I had drugs but I had non...e they put us both in the backseat of the cop car took us to the jail and they pull us out there was more drugs in the backseat of the car they put them on me all Miss Summers did was tell me that I was a dealer and I'm guilty that I should take some prison time and become a better person not once did she address the dash cam from the incident I took it all the way till the trial date was about to be set and she finally showed me the video almost a year later you clearly see the lady put her blinkers on and returned vacation have been dismissed miss summer didn't even try I don't know what she does for paid clients but if you have her for as a court appointed attorney do not do it and these are facts if she disputes this tell her to put her hand on the Bible tell her to take a lie detector test she is no good this was in 2016 I saw her profile and had to leave this message of warning

Excellent attorney

My family and I couldn't have asked for better representation. Deborah took the time to explain everything going on with the case and what our options were. She didn't treat our family member as just another case. She really cared and fought hard for her in front of the judge. Because of her help ou...r case had a very happy ending. But even after the case was settled and determined she was still a big help even though she didn't have to and for that and ALL her work I am very grateful!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
