Amazing Attorney
Attorney Eric Clay was fantastic. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was honest and always made sure I knew what was happening. He let me pay over time which really helped my family. He cared about my case and it showed. I don’t know why anyone would give a bad review on him, unless they...

Very bad experience
Very bad experience: My case was child custody modification he took my case for 10 days and done nothing or I did not see anything, he did not respond to my emails , when I asked for status from his office, he came with cursing over the phone, I dropped him After that.
Wrong attorney. I only handle criminal cases.

Criminal defense
This guy sux, don’t recommend him at all he told me he was going to get me 3 months jail time and I sat in county for over a year fighting my case which he would reset me for every 90 days and at the end I signed for 2 years tdc prison!!
Not once in my career have I ever promised or guaranteed a client an outcome, not one time. The courts decide the reset dates, not I. They are set due to evidentiary reasons as well as the courts calendar. You just said you signed for 2 years tdc prison, which means there was a plea agreement reached and guilt admitted by YOU, not ME which likely saved you a heck of a lot more time in prison after a trial. As an attorney I do not get to dictate if you will or will not accept a plea agreement, the client does, if you had decided not to I would have fought like hell in trial like I always do, oh and I win a lot. YOU CHOSE YOUR PATH, don’t blame others, accept responsibility or you will never change nor grow from it.
