I retained this lawyer to modify my divorce decree. I retained him in March and he didn't serve my exhusband until mid june. He misled me with countless of messages promising to come to an agreement with opposing counsel or get a hearing in front of the judge. He did neither. He told me he would ...withdraw from my case and filed a motion to do so, but did not include an order to make the motion official for the judge to sign off on. He initially told me he would give me a refund and after multiple requests to received a detailed billing statement he only gave me one when after receiving a threats to file a grievance on him to the state bar of texas. He "offices" from his home, he has no secretary, takes way too long to respond, and then lies about what he can do.
