David Himes is the worst bankruptcy attorney and will withdraw from you case leaving you stranded in the middle of a bankruptcy case he had ally documents and failed to agree with me on exempting my tax refund from the trustee and decided to withdraw for no reason even though I filed an extension and... he didn't need those documents anyway. I am also working with my CPA. He was hired by me and refused to compromise with me and decided to lie in a motion to the court stating I didn't provide all documents to him when that is a lie!he also violated federal law by blatantly lying to the court!

I recently had to go thru the painful and embarrassing process of Chapter 7.
