Before hiring Terri Mendez, I had attempted to work with three other lawyers. Two didn't believe me and one didn't seem to care other than getting his check. Terri understood from the get-go that my case was unique and she will probably tell you, one of the craziest cases she has ever worked on. T...hat being said, Terri knew my concerns were real. She got to where she knew all of the facts as good as I did, and believe me, there were a lot of facts the other side would try to mix up and twist around to cause confusion. Terri was on top of it the entire way. It took a LOT of homework for her and her staff to master this case, to know it inside and out, and their diligence paid off with a ruling in my favor. I wish I could say truth always wins in court. With my experiences, I see it takes even more than truth, now. It takes an expert like Terri to navigate the court system and rules, but it takes a lawyer with a heart and who really cares to successfully expose the truth when others are trying to hide it. I recommend Terri and her staff to anyone in need of family legal assistance and personally rate them 100 stars.

The firm was excellent, they provided me with all outcomes and researched several options for me. The visit was great and they did not treat me like just another case and followed up with me promptly with information. I would recommend them in a heart beat. It was a good visit in a time of stress and... they helped and calmed me down, very personable, courteous and passionate about the case.
