Disappointed With the Representation I Received

⭐ One Star — I Expected Stronger Representation I hired this lawyer to represent me in court, but I left feeling that he did not fight hard enough for me. I received six months of probation, a required class, and a requirement to call a drug and alcohol hotline every day for six months. I have ...not been in trouble in over 20 years, and I feel the daily hotline requirement is excessive. I wanted him to push harder to have that condition removed or reduced, and I did not feel he made enough effort on my behalf. I understand that a lawyer cannot guarantee an outcome, but I expected stronger advocacy. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the representation I received.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with my representation. I would like to clarify one important point: the outcome was six months of deferred probation, which is distinct from a standard probation sentence. I also understand that the daily call-in requirement may feel excessive, it is a condition associated with the probation process and is not necessarily a requirement that can be eliminated at an attorney’s discretion. Although I respect that you may have wished for a different outcome, I appreciate the opportunity to have represented you and take client feedback seriously.
