Nathan went above and beyond to bring his best to my case. I cannot praise him enough for the care, diligence, and trust he brought to the table. I don’t want to share many details of my case, but I was pulled over and taken to jail after being told I “ran a stop light” and I knew I did not. There we...re details on the initial report that were incorrect, and there were no signs of intoxication in my bodycam footage. From the start Nathan believed there were grounds for dismissal (of course he also disclosed that there was no guarantee, just a strong case). I was close to filing a PTD because it felt hopeless at some parts of the fight, but he reassured me each step that we could do this and encouraged going to trial. After 7 months, my case was dismissed completely on no proof of probable cause. As of today I am officially a free man again and off of probation. I got a felony charge for possession and Mr. Alsbrooks was able to get my case fully dismissed. He did under promise me so there were no hard feelings if I had to settle with a misdemeanor on my record, which he could get it reduced t...o. This being my second possession case made it harder to fight. But he ultimately over delivered and was able to get it dismissed.
