Kevin Scott Dunn

Mr. Dunn breached his contract on not communicating with me about money spent in my case, after many attempts of me asking him. Mr. Dunn was not AT ALL educated about family law matters!! Filed a TRO and wasted my money, which in Montgomery county it is a Standard Order county and he did not advise ...me of (TRO'S ARE'NT NEEDED)! Also found out that in an enforcement suit you do not need to mediate. Which Mr. Dunn never informed of this and wasted my money..and charged me for 9 hour of preparation for something that did not need to happen. I asked many times for Mr. Dunn to send me a invoice of money sent on my case and 7 months later I get one that is very unprofessionally written with false charges, stating I owe him an additional $6,500 after already paying him $5000. I even had to call the county clerk to find out about my case status, b/c he did not know the case status when I asked him. When I told Mr. Dunn that I called he got VERY mad that I called the court. I would NEVER recommend this attorney and I feel he is not in the best interest of the children but about the money. I like to look at the best in people and it is very sad/shocking that their is an attorney out in this world like this that pray's on people going through very hard times in their lives (in the interest of protecting innocent beautiful children.) Please listen to your gut and do your research before hiring an attorney. It will save a lot of heartache.

When I called Mr. Dunn ' s office, he was in a court hearing, but shortly after leaving court, he returned my call. I was surprised to get such a quick response. At first he seemed preoccupied but after explaining my situation (and I suppose hearing me sob over the phone), I felt that he could emp...athize with me and the pain I was going through. He fought to help me attain custody of my grandson. I owe Kevin so much for ALL that he has done. Mr.Dunn, if you're reading this, I just want to say, THANK YOU, for working so hard on my case.
