I highly recommend Justin Rasch of the Harrison firm in Conroe, TX. My daughter’s mother and I had a difficult custody case that started early in 2018 in which neither of us were represented by an attorney. The case was initially heard by an associate judge in Conroe and that quickly went against me,... following a number of false allegations made by my daughters’ mother in court. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the results of that hearing and I immediately hired Justin to file for a de novo hearing (filing needed with 3 days of initial ruling). Justin was behind the eight-ball so to speak, because he needed to quickly come up to speed with the details of the case to properly represent me. Justin was up to the task and quickly went to work, reviewing documents, text messages, speaking to witnesses, gathering medical and dental records as well as records from the day care center. Justin was very careful through the process, to not spend time (and not bill me) for things that would likely not add much value. In the end, I was awarded primary custody of our daughter and this was absolutely the best possible outcome for our daughter. As you can imagine, there are a number of attorneys out there that will take your money and promise the world however in the end, you may not get you the results you expect. If you are serious about your case, then talk to Justin. Should the need arise, I will hire him again in a heartbeat!
