He canceled many appointments, did not return calls or emails. He made everything a big joke, even saying opposing counsels motion for summary judgment was “no big deal”. He waited four months after I contacted him before he filed anything and what is filed was not correct. I had to hire another atto...rney to do summary judgment response. Walker refused to return my 1500 even though he did nothing to earn it. He treated me like I didn’t matter. Always talking about his other cases. He brought his son to one of our meetings! He spent 8 months wasting my time and I’ve had to hire someone else to get this dealt with. He’s a nice enough person, would be a good guy to have a beer with, is certainly part of the Montgomery county good ol Boys club, but not who I want representing me. The attorney I hired said I had enough to sue him for malpractice as he was so negligent with my case.

Jarrod Walker was very helpful, As well as someone i would refer to others. Clean cut, easy to get along with personality, And was able to make the process as easy as it can be. The reason i put a rating of fair for (kept me informed) was i did not hear from him until the date of my hearing. This did... not keep him from getting done what was needed to be done.
