Edward L. Joyal Jr.

I would absolutely not recommend the Joyal Law firm to others looking for lawyers. I found that they were difficult to get a hold of and once I began questioning what I believe was an error on their part, it became incredibly difficult to get a call back. They are a father/daughter team and your cont...act person changes throughout the process, which becomes frustrating. We chose to replace them as counsel with someone else and have been very happy with the process with our new attorney. I did not feel as though they were working for our best interest during our time with them and I will not be using their services in the future. I was extremely disappointed.

Mr. Joyal has been our attorney for about 6 years now. During that time, he has handled several things for us as well as advising us on others. He has handled drug charges against a family member as well as successfully getting her into rehab. Ed's firm worked tirelessly to get this accomplishe...d. This proved to be very difficult and the odds were greatly against us. Getting her into rehab literally saved this person's life. For me personally, the most important case in which he represented us, was the custody issue for our granddaughter. He was able to get this resolved to our satisfaction. You have no idea what a relief that was to me, to know that we will not have to worry about where she is or that she will be taken and hidden somewhere, as she had been in the past. I never made a call to his office that was not returned in a timely manner. If I had a question, Ed either called me or his para-legal called for him. Never did we have a problem with communication or lack thereof. When we were in his office, his office staff was also very gracious as well as professional. My husband and I have recommended Edward Joyal to anyone in need of an attorney. As far as I am concerned, Edward Joyal went the extra mile for us and we will continue to recommend him and his firm.

Ed Joyal is a fighter. The Joyal team does not sit around to see who has the deeper pockets. They go in to court swinging and they expect to win every time. I retained Ed after a previous lawyer was going into the fourth month of billing me for a custody/child support issue I had. Ed took care of... my issue in a matter of days and then went back to my previous lawyer and got a large portion of my money back. If you want an attorney that is going to roll up his sleeves and go into battle for you, then Ed Joyal is the man for the job

I retained Ed for representation with my divorce which became entwined with the sale of my business. I knew from my initial consultation that Ed had my best interest at hand, he kept me informed throughout the process via phone calls and emails, many of which were even after hours. Ed worked diligen...tly and went above and beyond including meeting me this Christmas eve to assist with the closing docs at the title company when the rest of his staff was off. Ed's expertise and knowledge allowed this case to close much better than I could have ever anticipated. I recommend Ed and his staff to my family and friends and whole heartedly highly recommend the Joyal Law Firm if you are looking for a trustworthy attorney that cares.
