Alina Diane O'Leary Dionne

I was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2006. I represent clients on misdemeanor cases and all levels of felonies. I also represent clients in child support, divorce, and custody.  I make myself accessible to you to discuss your case and I am ready to listen to your situation and assist you with getting the best result for you possible.  I practice in the Montgomery County courts on a daily basis and I am familiar with the court personnel.  

I was raised in the small coastal community of Palacios, Texas.  I graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut with a degree in Criminal Justice.

I worked in juvenile corrections within the Connecticut judicial system to develop one of the first secure facilities for juvenile girls that satisfied federal mandates to offer gender specific services.

I attended Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut at night. I received certificates of honor in criminal law and advocacy and family and juvenile law and graduated from law school cum laude.

I interned for the Connecticut State's Attorney's Office for the Judicial District of Fairfield in Bridgeport, Connecticut and also clerked for the presiding civil and criminal judges of that district.

I was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 2005.

But I love The Great State of Texas and wanted to move back to Texas to raise my family.
