Back in 2006 I had debt troubles. I was sued by a company that purchased the debt. I was never served the law suit and not knowing about the case i lost and had a default judgement placed against me. I never heard a word on this case until last year when i was contacted by a attorney acting as a ...receiver to collect the debt. By now this debt had ballooned up to 15k+.
