Victoria is an experienced corporate counsel, who manages the legal affairs and business operations of both private and publicly traded companies within the United States and internationally. In addition to extensive business and litigation expertise, our legal team possess corporate leadership and operational skills necessary to resolve and negotiate complex issues surrounding business formation, development, and account management. As a member in good standing of the Texas Bar and an experienced litigation attorney with a comprehensive business law background, Victoria has vigorously defended the rights of her clients, obtaining excellent results and successful resolution of a broad array of cases in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Contract Negotiation and Family Law. Victoria Filippov Nemeth has earned her J.D. at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1999.  She also holds a degree in psychology from the University of Houston, Texas.
