She handled my appeal case for terminated parental rights case .she disregarded ALL of the many concerns and issues involving my case completely. My understanding was that the court had appointed her to represent me .She only represented the courts judgement not my opinion or position at all . I woul...d not refer her to represent anyone not even a goldfish !

October 2017 Paid 1200.00 for son's custody case in which she agreed to complete case for a total of 2800.00 Tiffany was asked to wait until January 2018 to serve defendant. Defendant was NOT served until June 2018 without any explanation. Every month from January 2018until June 2018 I text attorn...ey to ask if defendant was served. June 2018 Tiffany tells me the 1200. Is gone but NO wORK has been done. She finally agreed to serve defendant and set court case. Now she wants more money but refuses to give me an itemized statement in which she promised to give months ago. A case that she agreed to do for 2800. Total she is now charging 5000.00 to 6000.00 I continue to request my statements in which she has NOT provided. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE SAT ON OUR CASE FROM JANUARY 2018 TO JUNE 2018.

I am a young man who was going through custody court over my son. Who has done everything a dad should do for his child. My child mother ran off to another state with my son and Tiffany Carroll-Curtis got him back for me. My child is now back in Texas and I am also not on any child support for my ch...ild. All my friends are they asked me how did I do it. I told them to fight for what's right and get a good lawyer who has there back and you can't loose. It was a long process and at times I did get frustrated. In all she done everything I asked her to do. Thanks Once Again You was the best.

I am a client who paid for services, that appears to be a "snatch and grab" operation, she collects your money and does a poor job of representing you, the client. I guess as long as a sucker will come along, then she will be willing to rip you off. I will not be recommending her to anyone. Sad tha...t there are attorneys out here that will take your money and not fully represent you. Carroll-Curtiss is just that!!!
