I hired Mr. Kersh to represent me in a custody case. He was upfront and honest with me. No BS and didn't promise anything more than he thought possible, given my financial situation. Shane and his staff worked efficiently and didn't waste any of my precious time or money. Jillian was great and answer...ed my calls and messages immediately. We have gone through hell and back in our custody case and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else by our side! Shane and Christian are both fantastic and better yet, the entire team, paralegals, business manager, EVERYONE at this firm operates at a rockstar level and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with ...something as precious as my child. They have become like family and without their unwavering support I would’ve lost my faith in our legal system long ago.

These people are the devil . I hired Shane Kresh and his law firm to represent me in a Child support reduction and visitation case, and these people literally did nothing for me. Shane made me a lot of false promises and lies to get me to pay him 5000 dollars up front and once he had my money, he ...literally would not return any of my phone calls text messages or emails. I paid this man 5000 dollars of money that i didn't have, and i had to borrow from my 401K, and he literally robbed me and didn't do anything for my case. I hired him to represent me and he assigned his assistant to work on my case and this is when the disaster began. This lady is very unprofessional and she doesn't have the slightest clue on how to represent a father when it comes to child custody and family law issues. Please do not use this law firm, you will regret it and be very disappointed.

The Kersh Law Firm represented me through a child custody case. They exceeded my expectations and have been so wonderful!!!
