Mr. Dhanani has extensive experience in both small and large organizations, primarily in business operations and transactional legal roles in downstream energy companies. From initial business formation to defending against lawsuits or launching multistate consumer services, Mr. Dhanani has personally handled a wide range of matters.
Mr. Dhanani is a native Houstonian who attended Eisenhower High School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Houston Law Center. He was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas in 2011.
