Joshua has spent his entire career as a lawyer representing injured persons in a variety of cases, including Wrongful Death Cases, Car Accident Cases, Jones Act/Maritime Cases, 18-Wheeler Trucking Cases and many other areas. He is licensed in the State of Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
