Brian Hobson

Brian Hobson is a partner at Odom, Davis & Hobson.  Odom, Davis & Hobson is a criminal defense firm that focuses on white collar crimes in federal court and serious felonies within the state of Texas.  Brian has an active practice representing clients charged with criminal tax violations, including tax fraud, tax evasion, and failure to file.  Brian also focuses on representing professionals and businesses charged with various forms of health care fraud.  In addition to trial litigation, Brian represents clients in appellate matters, including direct appeals following a criminal conviction and writs of habeas corpus in both state and federal courts.

5. Obtained misdemeanor offers for multi-million dollar tax fraud schemes in federal court;

6. Obtained probation sentences in federal court for clients convicted of tax fraud and tax evasion.
