It will not qualify for a tax deduction. With the new tax law, most people cannot deduct donations anyway.

Use a locked garage and get a 2nd job to pay off car early. Don’t do business with lovers. If they take it, sue for conversion.

Because they can. Pay or get convicted. This isn’t civil litigation. Your adversary can incarcerate.
