Writ of execution would probably be the easiest unless defendant only has 1-2 trucks which could be exempt tools of trade.

You could be liable for the tuition at a minimum. I don't see how it would affect taxes though.

It depends on the resolution of the original charges. Assuming that did not go to trial or result in a plea, yes those could still be pursued.
