Charles French III

I hired Charles French for a traffic citation I received in Montgomery county. He was very thorough in explaining the process of fighting the citation and kept me informed each step of the way. My main concern was keeping the ticket off my driving record. According to the citation, I was not eligible... for defensive driving or deferred adjudication. However, Mr. French appeared in court on my behalf and was able to get me deferred adjudication. I was most pleased with the outcome as well as his professionalism and attentiveness to my case. No gimmicks, hassles or unnecessary fees. He was direct and delivered as promised. I would most definitely use Mr. French again and recommend you to do the same!

Mr French was able to not only keep all my tickets off of my record but most were dismissed (9) in total. He had them purged from Omni Base in a very timely manner so that I could renew my drivers license. I saved over $2,000 In fines. Mr. French was thorough, fast, informative, and very professional.... I wanted to write thus review about Mr. Charles French III. After calling around trying to find someone to represent me in court on 3 traffis tickets of which i had to make an appearance the next day i called Mr. French's. He told me he was in court and that he would call me back...Well he did cal...l me back and even tho he was no able to appear in court for me he took the time out to refer me to an atty. that could take my case...he was very helpful and very courteous with the information and did not mind making me aware of the court's expectations...Which in turn allowed me make the best decision on how to move forward...Thank you so much

I was referred to this lawyer by Mr.Rutherford who typically handled my local traffic citations for my family and I.When I WS caught going 23 over the speed limit with no insurance I thought for sure I was gonna get a SR22 and get my license revoked but he got the no insurance ticket dismissed becaus...e when I went to court I was insured then and also no SR22 was put on my record I only had to pay the fine of what it would have cost me for the ticket and court cost.After it was paid & I was in no trouble for 90 days it was ensures to not be on my record.!Cant say I know many lawyers with that kind of skill!
