I do not recommend this attorney under any circumstance she should be disbarred!!! - we’ve been trying to reach This attorney for weeks with no reply !! She showed up and was very responsive for the payment then after payment was made - negligent... behavior and no sense of care for her clients in need of a divorce.

Amelia Rodriguez was assigned as an amicus in my divorce. She repeatedly ignored the negligent behavior and irresponsible conduct committed by my ex-wife towards my children. She is strictly pro-mother, even when the mother's poor parenting skills threaten the safety of the child. If you are a father..., especially a black father, facing a custody battle, do not go anywhere near this attorney and protest if the court assigns her to your case!

I used her 1 year ago. She never returned my calls my divorce dragged for over 1 year. Her secretary was very rude. I finally got my file and she didn't do anything. She should be disbarred. My new attorney helped me and in 2 months my divorce was complete. Amelia couldn't even get that for me. She w...as never on my side I felt. I stressed for so long she is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with, horrible experience. I should have read her other reviews before I hired her. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Stay away from this lady. She cares nothing for you.
