I’ve unfortunately had Judge Peake preside over my case since 2019, and after six years, I can confidently say she is the least competent judge I’ve ever encountered. My divorce dragged on for over four years, and due to her unclear and inconsistent orders, we’re now back in court for a modification.... She frequently dismisses motions based on inaccurate or misleading information and doesn't even take the time to review her own docket. We've shown up to court multiple times, incurring significant costs, only for her to ignore our motions and rule on unrelated issues instead. Judge Peake is biased, dismissive, and often downright disrespectful. She has dismissed serious abuse claims with little to no consideration, and makes insensitive comments that undermine the very people and families she's sworn to protect. Her approach seems to be to give one parent full custody, often disregarding the child’s best interests and refusing to consider co-parenting solutions. How is that acceptable? Her slogan claims to review cases timely and bring fairness to families, but in practice, it’s the exact opposite. And I know I’m not alone. There are so many families being failed by her, and it’s time to speak up. A judge like this should not be on the bench. She’s abusing her power and causing real harm to families in the process. We need to make sure our voices are heard and our votes count. She has no place in the courtroom—she needs to be removed from a position where she can continue to wreck havoc on people’s lives.

Very nonchalant concerning domestic violence. Very manipulative emotionally abusive mentally abusive and financially abusive. Use anointing oil fast and pray a let God deal with her.

Ms. Peake failed to to review any of my materials I summitted to the court. She refused various witnesses to testify after they were sworn in and rejected most of my testimony. In the end I felt unheard and taken advantage of. She minimized every aspect of my case and seemed like she was defending th...e other side from the very beginning. It also took her almost two years to hear my case which put my family in one unpredictable situation after the other. She appeared to be burdened during the duration of trial and put little effort, if any, in understanding the complexity of my matter. I did not find her to be professional nor effective. At one point she decided she could not bothered anymore and hung up on on everyone during a long awaited zoom trial. She also made crude remarks and demanded an apology from the respondent's team. People in her position have a profound duty to serve their community and ensure they come to a proper conclusion as they ultimately have the power to decide on peoples lives and freedoms and in my honest opinion she is not doing her due diligence. She was impartial throughout and it seemed as though she had her mind made up before I even spoke a word.

Treated case like a conveyor belt and ruled based on personal bias or laziness, as though she didn't even hear or read anything. Constantly talked over my attorney and treated her rudely while showing clear favoritism to other side's attorney who was not following rules and constantly overruled our o...bjections "because (other side) was really trying" to answer, while shutting me down for everything/granting everything for opposing counsel. Cut off for a break in the middle of my testimony and then threatened my lawyer if I refused to agree to what she wanted to change she would award attorney fees to the other side. Had tons of evidence admitted on my side, nothing on other side, and she decided to force a change that is harmful to my kids because she had already made up her mind before the case was presented. She seemed to have a problem with me even though I barely got a chance to talk and had evidence to back up everything I was arguing. Got the strong impression it was my gender or appearance that formed her ruling.
