He was a court-appointed attorney for a family member. I called to ask a SIMPLE question KINDLY. I said " I wanted to know about my brother's case, and see if there is anything we can do or you need from us to help". He immediately responded, in the most degrading of tones: "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU COU...LD POSSIBLY DO" "WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN DO ANYTHING?" First conversation I had with the guy EVER. I work in Real Estate and understand that business all depends on customer experience (i guess unless it's a court-appointed attorney), and this is NOT someone I would recommend solely based on the quality of service. I would NEVER treat anyone poorly, even if they aren't my clients, because you never know whom they may know.
