Biography
D. Douglas Grubbs has been involved in mass tort pharmaceutical litigation since early 2004 when he assisted with a national Fen-Phen docket consisting of more than 7,000 injured clients. Since that time, Mr. Grubbs has gained invaluable mass tort experience from multiple perspectives as a litigation support assistant, law clerk and attorney.
Prior to joining the Lee Murphy Law Firm in August of 2012, Mr. Grubbs attended South Texas College of Law where he made the Dean’s Honor List multiple semesters. Throughout law school, Doug also clerked at a nationally recognized mass tort firm in Houston. Upon graduating from law school in 2008, Doug accepted an associate position at a prominent East Texas law firm where he focused his practice on the firm’s national pharmaceutical and medical device dockets, including:

Mr. Grubbs now brings his extensive legal experience to the injured clients he is privileged to represent at the Lee Murphy Law Firm.
